🚀 Guide: Creating Your First Blueprint 🎨

Welcome to Hyko! 🌟 In this guide, we'll walk you through the process of creating your first blueprint. Follow along to unleash your creativity and start building innovative solutions with ease.

Step 1: Create an account in Hyko. 👩‍💻

Before you can create a blueprint, you'll need to sign up for a Hyko account. Head to Hyko's sign-up page, where you can choose to sign up with Email, Github, Google, or Discord.

Step 2: Access the Dashboard 📊

After completing the sign-up and onboarding process, you'll be taken to your dashboard. This is your central place for managing all your goods in Hyko: blueprints, Computers, Hub activity, and your Profile. From there, smash that "Add Blueprint" button in the top right corner of your dashboard.

Step 3: Customize and Create the Blueprint 🛠️

After you hit the "Add blueprint" button, you'll be taken to the new blueprint page where you'll get the chance to customize the feel and look of your blueprint by adding the following properties:

  • Name: Choose a descriptive name for your blueprint that reflects its purpose.
  • Description: Our description rich text editor allows you to craft a detailed explanation to express more about the purpose and intention behind your blueprint, providing instructions, external links, and definitions of some concepts that might be present in your blueprint.
  • Tags: Add tags that best align with your blueprint's purpose to give it a more unique feel and look.
  • Visibility: Decide whether your blueprint will be private or public. Private blueprints are visible only to you, while public blueprints can be viewed by others on the Hyko Hub.
  • Color: Choose a color scheme for your blueprint to make it visually distinct.
  • Icon: Select an icon to represent your blueprint visually. Choose an icon that best represents the functionality of your blueprint.

New Blueprint page

Once you've filled in the details, click on the "Add new blueprint" button to create your blueprint.

Step 4: Build Your Blueprint 🏗️

Congratulations! You've successfully created your first blueprint. Welcome to the blueprint editor, where the magic happens. Here, you can start building, tweaking, and enhancing your blueprint under the limitless sky 😎.

By this point, you should already have at least a basic idea of the blueprint's most fundamental building blocks. Here's a quick reference:

  • Inputs: Define the inputs needed for your blueprint. These could be images, videos, audio files, text, or any other supported type.
  • Outputs: Outputs are similar to inputs but are used to catch the result of model/function execution.
  • Functions and Models: Select the functions and AI models needed to transform inputs into outputs. Hyko provides a library of pre-built functions and models to choose from.

Edit Blueprint

Start building your blueprint by adding nodes and connecting them to create a meaningful pipeline of AI models and utility functions. Experiment with different combinations of nodes and pipelines to achieve your goals, and hey... be careful not to hit your head on the sky 😜.

Step 5: Execute your Blueprint 🚀

Once you've finished building your blueprint, don't worry about saving it because Hyko is cool enough to auto-save it for you!

Now, it's time to execute your blueprint. Make sure you've already added a computer. Click on the "Execute" button to run your blueprint and see the results.

And there you have it! Your first blueprint that you created and ran! From here, you can keep modifying and enhancing your blueprint until you are satisfied with it or turn it into a public blueprint to share your creation with the Hyko community on the hub 🌐.
